This installer creates ASS 39 PD.NI configuration for Hurricane Resistance System in Schucal.
It complies with H9301.01-250-18 Test Report and Schuco USA Information Bulletin #2 June 2019.

Changes:

  • Added double side meet profile 9654625 with 258355 knobs

This program creates following profiles in database:

9634596 – Extruded handlebar cap         
9636963 – Interlock splash guard left      
9636964 – Interlock splash guard right    
9654625 – Double side meet profile

Procedure after installation:

1. Start/restart Schucal
2. Create new unit in SchuCal as template go to: System Templates > 10 – Custom Systems USA > ASS 39 PD.NI US Hurricane Hurricane > [Choose the type]


3. As profile system choose Schuco ASS 39 PD.NI
4. As glass thickness set either 30mm for double glazing or 14mm for single. For single glazing you must change SLF interlock section profile to 461080. Double glazing can be build with 461060 only.

After the unit is created, in the unit properties, under US Settings set US ASS 39 PD.NI Hurricane to ON:

  • System automatically builds interlock type based on either small 461100 or large 479740 static mullion depending on unit size (smaller or bigger than than 4′ x 8′).
  • If the glass configuration is not properly set, Schucal will return following message in the message list:
  • Depending of chosen unit type, system will automatically add the unit additional material with proper quantity, as described in Schuco USA Information Bulletin #2 June 2019:

    9636963 – Interlock splash guard left      
    9636964 – Interlock splash guard right    
    227021 – Drainage cover cap
